YIVO-Bard Summer Program Alumni Survey
Prof. Rebecca Margolis from Monash University's Australian Centre for Jewish Civilisation invites all alumni of the YIVO-Bard Uriel Weinreich Summer Program in Yiddish Language, Literature, and Culture to take this brief survey about their experiences in the program. The purpose of this survey is to study the impact of the program on its participants and the wider academic and cultural world of Yiddish. The aim is to gather and conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis about the program.
The study is slated to be presented at the YIVO in America conference in June as part of the events marking 100 years since the founding of YIVO. As part of this research project about YIVO’s educational programs, including the Summer Program, Prof. Margolis will be gathering data on the program’s former students since it was founded in 1968 in this short survey, which should take about 15 minutes.
